Burgruine Bebenburg is the remains of a medieval hilltop castle near the hamlet of Bemberg, part of Rot am See in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The castle was built around 1140 by the noble Lords of Bebenburg and occupied a strategic position on a spur overlooking the valleys of the Blaubach and Brettach streams. The Bebenburg family was influential in the region and supported local religious foundations, including the development of nearby monasteries and churches.

The castle is believed to have been destroyed around 1449 during the Franconian Cities’ War, after which it was never rebuilt. Today, the most visible remnant is the stump of the former keep, which still rises several meters above the ground. Together with the surrounding earthworks and defensive ditch, the ruins provide a glimpse into the area's medieval past and remain a notable historical landmark near Rot am See.
