Burgruine Blankenhorn is the site of a small, now‑lost medieval spur castle perched about 650 meters above sea level above the upper Ermstal near Sirchingen, a village close to Bad Urach in the Reutlingen district of Baden‑Württemberg, Germany.

The fortress is usually dated to the 12th century and is associated with the local noble family of Blankenhorn, although its exact medieval owners and even its original name remain unclear in historical records. Today only minimal remains are visible, including the outline of a neck ditch and a few scattered fragments of stonework buried in a rubble mound, which mark the location of the former shield‑wall enclosure on the hill spur.

The site lies in a quiet, wooded landscape not far from other ruined castles such as Baldeck and Hohenwittlingen and is mainly of interest to hikers and local history enthusiasts rather than as a major tourist attraction.
