Burgruine Rosenstein is a medieval castle ruin perched on the Rosenstein mountain above the town of Heubach in Baden-Württemberg.

Built in the 13th century on a strategically important rocky spur, it was the seat of local noble families and was closely associated with the Counts of Oettingen and later the von Woellwarth family. The castle played an important role in regional history during the Middle Ages, but it lost its residential function by the early 16th century when its owners moved to a more comfortable residence in Heubach.

The abandoned fortress gradually fell into ruin, and many of its stones were reused in buildings within the town. Today, the ruins remain a popular historical and hiking destination. Visitors can explore the surviving walls, defensive features, and scenic surroundings while enjoying panoramic views of the Swabian Alb and learning about the area's medieval heritage.
