Burgstall Burstel is the site of a vanished medieval hilltop castle located near Marktlustenau in the municipality of Kreßberg, Baden-Württemberg.

The castle’s original name is unknown, and the term “Burstel” refers to an old castle site. Today, no standing buildings remain from the fortress. The castle is believed to have been built during the Middle Ages on elevated ground overlooking the surrounding area. Over time, the structure disappeared, leaving only earthworks behind.

Visitors can still identify the former location through the surviving ramparts and moat remnants, which provide evidence of the site's defensive character. Although little is left above ground, Burgstall Burstel remains an important archaeological and historical monument that reflects the medieval heritage of the Kreßberg region.
