Bytów Castle in Bytów, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, is a well-preserved Gothic Teutonic fortress constructed between 1391 and 1405 on an artificial hill southeast of the town center, overlooking the Bytówka River to defend key trade routes linking the Order's lands with German territories.

Built under pfleger Jakob von Reinach and supervised by master builder Niclaus Fellenstein, it features a rectangular 52x72-meter plan of brick in Flemish bond with erratic stones, four protruding corner towers—three cylindrical (Mill, Rose, Field) and one quadrilateral (Prochowa)—adapted for early firearms with radial loopholes, a vaulted chapel, well, and kitchen in a divided courtyard without an outer bailey.

Passing to Pomeranian dukes after 1466, it gained Renaissance bastions, a Ducal House, and office buildings around 1570 before Prussian and Polish uses; today, the restored stronghold houses the West Pomerania Museum showcasing medieval artifacts amid its Gothic core.
