Erkenbrechtshausen Moated Castle (Wasserschloss Erkenbrechtshausen) is a historic water castle located near Crailsheim in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

First mentioned in 1278, it was one of the oldest seats of the noble Lords of Crailsheim and played an important role in the local medieval landscape. The castle was destroyed during the German Peasants’ War in 1525 but was rebuilt in the mid-16th century. Over time, it passed to the noble Seckendorff family. Expanded and remodeled the estate in the 18th century, giving it much of its present appearance. 

Today, the castle is known for its picturesque setting beside a pond and its well-preserved moated layout. After extensive restoration in the early 21st century, it became a private property that also serves as a venue for cultural events, conferences, and celebrations, making it one of the region’s most attractive historic estates.
