Gopalpur Sea Beach, also known as Gopalpur Beach or Gopalpur‑on‑Sea, is a calm, palm‑and‑casuarina‑lined stretch of golden sand along the Bay of Bengal in Ganjam district, Odisha, about 14–16 kilometers from Berhampur.

It is known as one of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches in eastern India, with gentle waves suitable for swimming, sunbathing, and light water sports, and a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere compared to crowded tourist‑belt beaches. The beach is famous for its olive‑ridley turtle nesting, particularly at night during the nesting season, and for scenic sunrises and sunsets over the water.

Gopalpur has a colonial‑era port‑town history and today functions as a quiet beach‑resort hub with small hotels and shacks, regular boat rides, and an annual beach festival held in December that highlights local culture, turtle conservation, and eco‑friendly tourism.
