Hochburg in Rangendingen is the local name for a small medieval hilltop fortress site located on a forested ridge about 790 meters above sea level northeast of the village of Rangendingen in the Zollernalbkreis of Baden‑Württemberg, Germany.

It served as a modest Höhenburg or “Hochburg” in the Middle Ages, likely used by local nobles or as a lookout and refuge in the Swabian landscape, although few written records of its exact builders and history survive.

Today no major walls or towers remain visible, and the place is best known as a wooded, open observation point integrated into the circular “Rundweg Hochburg,” a popular hiking trail that offers sweeping views over Rangendingen, the surrounding valley, and the Swabian Jura hills. The area is mainly valued as a scenic and atmospheric historical site rather than as a reconstructed castle, and visitors reach it via marked forest paths from the village or nearby parking spots.
