Jesolo is a popular seaside resort town on northern Italy's Adriatic coastline in the Veneto region, just 45 kilometers from Venice, that draws over 5 million visitors annually to its famous 15-kilometer stretch of wide, golden sandy beaches.

The town splits into two areas: Jesolo Paese, the quiet residential town straddling the River Sile near the Venetian Lagoon, and Lido di Jesolo, the vibrant beach suburb with a sweeping shoreline and thriving nightlife. The beach features soft sand 30 to 100 meters wide, Blue Flag status for water quality, lifeguards watching designated swimming areas from 9 AM to 7 PM, and offers both private beach clubs with sunbeds and bars plus public access areas where you can try kitesurfing, parasailing, and windsurfing.

Running parallel to the coast is Via Bafile, Italy's longest pedestrian street at 13 kilometers, which is the heart of the commercial and entertainment district lined with fashion stores, galleries, jewelers, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, pubs, and open-air nightclubs. Families love Jesolo for its theme parks including the Caribbean-themed Aqualandia water park with waterslides, the Sea Life Jesolo aquarium, Tropicarium Park with exotic marine life, and New Jesolandia with classic fairground rides.
