Lahos Island is a picturesque, remote tropical island located in Caramoan, Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, and is part of the protected Caramoan National Park.

The island is distinctively beautiful because it has two stunning white sand beaches separated by a small, sandy passageway embraced by towering limestone cliffs and two giant limestone rock formations that divide the beaches on the north and south sides. The powdery white sand is fine and smooth like powder, and the shore is said to disappear during high tide, which is the reason for the island's name from the word "Lahos" or "Laho" meaning "vanish" in English.

The island features turquoise bays, crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming, and majestic rock formations rising dramatically that have been sculpted by time and sea, creating an untouched and pristine paradise. Visitors can enjoy swimming in the calm waters, especially on the other side where the sand is more compact, lie on the sand while sipping fresh coconut juice available for P50, admire the spectacular stretches of white sand beaches among striking rock formations, and take photos of the island from the boat before landing.
