Museum Eberswalde is the city and regional museum of Eberswalde, located in the historic Adler Pharmacy near the town’s central market square. The building is the oldest half-timbered house in the city and one of Brandenburg’s most important historic landmarks. The museum presents the history of Eberswalde and its surrounding region through more than 1,000 exhibits, interactive displays, audio stations, and changing special exhibitions. One of its highlights is a full replica of the famous Eberswalde Gold Treasure, considered the most significant Bronze Age gold find in Central Europe. With around 700 square meters of exhibition space, the museum offers an engaging and accessible introduction to local history, culture, and archaeology.
