Rufford Old Hall, a National Trust property in Rufford, Lancashire, England, was constructed around 1530 by the Hesketh family as a timber-framed manor house on an H-shaped plan, with its standout Great Hall featuring a rare Tudor hammerbeam roof adorned with carved wooden angels and the only surviving 16th-century bog oak screen in England.

A Jacobean brick wing added in 1661 replaced earlier service areas, followed by 19th-century Gothic Revival expansions including a castellated tower, while the estate boasts Victorian and Edwardian gardens with notable topiary squirrels, a collection of arms, armor, oak furniture, and rural memorabilia.

Donated to the National Trust in 1936, the Grade I listed hall preserves its medieval splendor amid parkland, drawing visitors to explore its exuberant interiors and hidden priest hole discovered in the 20th century.
