Northeastern University Arboretum in Boston, Massachusetts, is an 11-acre urban arboretum that was officially designated in 2019, making it the only university campus in Boston with such recognition.

The arboretum includes more than 1,400 individual trees from 143 different species dispersed throughout the 73-acre campus, providing greenery around buildings and open spaces. The land where the campus sits was once surrounded by waterways filled in during the 19th century, so the arboretum's trees must tolerate occasional flooding and dry periods.

The arboretum is managed with a strategic plan, an inventory of all trees, public educational programming, and community engagement such as Arbor Day ceremonies. It serves as a living museum offering students, faculty, and visitors an outdoor educational resource and a green oasis within the bustling city environment.​
