Pilikula Nisargadhama is a large eco‑tourism and education park near Mangalore in Karnataka, spread over about 350–370 acres in the Vamanjoor area on the eastern side of the city.

It combines a zoo, botanical garden, lake, science centre, heritage village, and a small water park into one integrated nature destination, designed to blend wildlife viewing, plant conservation, and cultural displays in a single visit.

The park’s Dr. Shivarama Karanth Biological Park (Pilikula Zoo) houses hundreds of animals, birds, and reptiles, including a King Cobra breeding centre and rescue facilities, while the botanical garden showcases thousands of plant species, many native to the Western Ghats.

Managed by the Dakshina Kannada district administration, Pilikula is open daily and is a popular family‑friendly getaway offering boating, planetarium shows, guided walks, and seasonal events, all within a green, lake‑ringed setting about 10–15 kilometers from central Mangalore.
