The Prince’s Way Hike (Fürstensteig) is one of the most famous and spectacular hiking trails in Liechtenstein, located high above Triesenberg in the Rätikon Mountains.

Originally carved into the mountainside in the late 19th century, the trail follows dramatic cliff faces and narrow mountain paths while offering breathtaking views over the Rhine Valley and the surrounding Alps. Known for its exposed sections, rocky terrain, and impressive scenery, the hike is best suited to experienced hikers who are sure-footed and comfortable with heights.

Parts of the route are secured with ropes and chains, adding to the adventure while allowing access to otherwise rugged mountain landscapes.
