Rzucewo Palace
Puck, Poland, Poland
Rzucewo Palace, often called Zamek Jan III Sobieski, is a neo-Gothic residence in Rzucewo near Puck in northern Poland's Pomeranian Voivodeship, overlooking the Bay of Puck.
Built in 1840-1845 by the von Below family to designs by architect Friedrich August Stüler, it replaced earlier manor houses owned by noble families like the Wejhers, Radziwiłłs, and Sobieskis—King Jan III Sobieski acquired it in 1685 and visited for hunts.
After World War II service as an agricultural school, it was renovated into a luxury hotel with preserved features like heraldic vaults, fireplaces, a historic landscape park, and the Sobieski lime alley.
