Saathain is a small historic village in the municipality of Röderland in Brandenburg, Germany, located near the confluence of the Große Röder and Black Elster rivers.

First mentioned in documents in 1140, it is one of the oldest settlements in the region and is known for its rich cultural and historical heritage. The village is best known for the former Saathain Castle, a medieval stronghold that once guarded an important river crossing and trade route.

Although the castle was largely destroyed by fire in 1945, its remaining foundations have been preserved and incorporated into a scenic rose garden. Today, Saathain is a popular destination for visitors interested in history, architecture, and nature.
