Schloß Möggingen, also known as Wasserschloss Möggingen, is a former moated castle in the Radolfzell district of Möggingen on the western shore of Lake Constance in Baden‑Württemberg, Germany.

The site was first mentioned in 1363 as a water‑fortified noble seat with two moats and a ring wall and later passed through the noble families of Bodman and Homburg before being rebuilt in the 17th century into the Baroque‑style residence still visible today. The castle suffered repeated destruction during the Thirty Years’ War and was later substantially altered in the 19th century, when large parts of the outer fortifications were removed and the building reshaped.

Today the Schloss houses the Vogelwarte Radolfzell, a renowned ornithological research station of the Max‑Planck‑Institute, and while the interior is not generally open to the public, the moated manor and surrounding park can be viewed from the outside as a quiet historic landmark near Radolfzell.
