Schloss Affaltrach is a historic castle in the Affaltrach district of Obersulm, Baden-Württemberg.

Its origins trace back to a medieval commandery of the Knights Hospitaller (Johanniter Order), established in the late 13th century. Over the centuries, the complex was expanded and remodeled, with much of its present appearance dating from major renovations in the 18th century. The castle remained under the ownership of the Knights Hospitaller until 1805, after which it passed through several private owners.

In 1928, it became the home of the Schlosskellerei Affaltrach, a wine and sparkling wine producer that continues to operate there today. Today, Schloss Affaltrach is an important cultural landmark of the Weinsberg Valley, combining centuries of architectural history with a long tradition of local winemaking. Its distinctive buildings and vineyard setting make it one of the notable historic sites in the Obersulm area.
