Schloss Altranft, also known as Herrenhaus Altranft, is a historic manor house in the village of Altranft, part of Bad Freienwalde in Brandenburg, Germany. The site dates back to at least the 14th century and was gradually transformed from a noble residence into a Baroque-style palace, with further expansions giving it much of its present appearance. The estate played an important role in the history of the Oderbruch region, particularly during the large-scale land reclamation and drainage projects of the 18th century. It is surrounded by a landscaped park influenced by the ideas of renowned garden designer Peter Joseph Lenné. Today, Schloss Altranft is the centerpiece of the Oderbruch Museum and serves as a cultural and educational center. Through exhibitions and events, it explores the history, traditions, and rural life of the Oderbruch, making it a key heritage attraction in the region.
