Schloss Bürg is a historic castle in the village of Bürg, part of Neuenstadt am Kocher in Baden-Württemberg.

The site originated from an 11th-century castle of the Lords of Gosheim, and the present castle was built in 1545 by the Barons of Gemmingen, a noble family that owned the estate for centuries. Perched on a hillside above the Kocher Valley, the castle is a striking example of late Gothic architecture, featuring stepped gables, a stone façade, and a distinctive polygonal stair tower.

It became the center of the village that developed around it and remained an important local seat of power until the early 19th century. Although the castle suffered damage during the Thirty Years' War and again near the end of World War II, it was preserved and remains privately owned today. It is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the area and a prominent reminder of the region’s noble and architectural heritage.
