Schloss Demerthin is a Renaissance manor house located in the village of Demerthin, part of the municipality of Gumtow in Brandenburg, Germany.

Built in its present form in 1604, it is considered one of the best-preserved and least-altered secular Renaissance buildings in the region, retaining much of its original appearance for over 400 years. The estate was owned by the noble von Klitzing family from the late 15th century until 1945 and served as both a prestigious residence and the center of a large agricultural estate.

A distinctive octagonal stair tower and an ornate Renaissance portal are among its most notable architectural features. Today, Schloss Demerthin stands as an important cultural and historical landmark in the Prignitz region. Surrounded by remnants of its historic park and estate buildings, it offers visitors a rare glimpse into the architecture and aristocratic life of rural Brandenburg during the Renaissance period.
