Schloss Günzach is a historic palace in the village of Günzach in Bavaria’s Ostallgäu region.

It was built in 1730 by Prince-Abbot Anselm von Reichlin-Meldegg after an earlier hunting lodge was destroyed in a storm, and it remains an important architectural landmark protected as a cultural monument. Following the secularization of church lands in 1803, the estate was converted into a well-known brewery by its new owners.

The brewery later passed to the Gabler family and operated until 1930, after which the buildings were used for industrial purposes, including a cotton mill and the first Allgäu glass manufactory. Today, Schloss Günzach is recognized for its three-wing Baroque-style layout, historic chapel, and long connection to the region’s economic and cultural history. It remains one of the most notable heritage buildings in Günzach.
