Schloss Gutenstein is a historic castle and former high‑medieval Burganlage perched on a rocky spur above the village of Gutenstein on the Danube, in the Sigmaringen district of Baden‑Württemberg.

The main building has a T‑shaped layout with three gables and is a three‑story plastered structure that dates back to the 16th century, later remodeled in a classicizing style in the early 18th century. It once served as an administrative center for the surrounding “Herrschaft Gutenstein” and later passed through noble families such as the Schenk von Castell, von Langenstein, and the Counts of Douglas, before being sold to private owners in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.

Today the castle still stands in a picturesque location above the river, used mainly for private events and family functions, and while it is not generally open to the public the exterior and grounds can be viewed from the surrounding area.
