Schloss Miltach is a historic castle in the Bavarian Forest town of Miltach, Bavaria.

The castle was originally begun around 1600 by Justinian von Peilnstein and was gradually expanded over the following centuries, reaching its present form in the mid-18th century. It served as the manor house of the former Hofmark of Miltach and was owned by several noble families, most notably the Schönbrunn family.

After remaining in private ownership since 1849, the castle passed through the hands of various notable owners, including writer Maximilian Schmidt and art historian Richard Oertel. By the late 20th century the building had fallen into disrepair, but extensive restoration work preserved the historic structure and reopened it to the public.

Today, Schloss Miltach is a well-known cultural landmark that hosts exhibitions, concerts, and other events. Surrounded by gardens and historic buildings, it remains an important part of the region’s architectural and cultural heritage.
