Schloss Rißtissen is a historic manor house located in the village of Rißtissen, which today belongs to the town of Ehingen an der Donau in Baden‑Württemberg, Germany.

The building stands on a low gravel terrace between the Riß valley and the Danube floodplain, in what was once an independent rural estate with noble lordship. The present structure largely dates from the years after 1782, when it took on its current neoclassical appearance, and it was later renovated around 1832; it is associated with the Schenken (Stewards) von Stauffenberg family, who held the local lordship from the early 17th century onward.

Over time the formerly knightly estate passed into the Kingdom of Württemberg in 1805 and eventually became part of modern Ehingen, while the Schloss remains a visible focal point of the village’s landscape and local history.
