Schloss Rübgarten is a small, historic manor‑style castle in the village of Rübgarten, now a district of Pliezhausen in Baden‑Württemberg, Germany, set in a quiet, rural‑yet‑central spot near the Schönbuch recreational area.

It was built between 1706 and 1710 for the noble landlord Levin von Kniestedt on the site of an earlier monastic farm, and combines late‑Renaissance layout with Baroque‑style half‑timbered exterior features. Today the property is a privately owned, listed heritage estate that includes the main house, a large barn.

Outbuildings such as an old bakehouse and chicken shed, and a landscaped garden with a pond and old trees, often marketed as a versatile residence or event and hobby‑farm site rather than a public attraction.
