Schlossruine Wildberg is a historic castle ruin overlooking the town of Wildberg in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The original hilltop castle was built around 1200 by the Counts Palatine of Tübingen and played an important role in the region’s medieval history. Over the centuries, the fortress was expanded, damaged by fire in 1618, and later rebuilt as a castle that served as the residence of Württemberg administrators. Much of the structure was destroyed during an air raid in 1945, leaving the impressive ruins that can be seen today.

Today, Schlossruine Wildberg is one of the town’s most notable landmarks. Its surviving walls, towers, and scenic location above the Nagold Valley provide visitors with a glimpse into the area’s medieval past and offer attractive views of Wildberg and the surrounding countryside.
