Sonpur Beach (also spelled Sonapur or Sunapur), officially known as Pati Sonapur Beach, is a pristine, virgin beach in Ganjam district, Odisha, located about 30 km from Berhampur and near Ichchapuram on the Bay of Bengal, and it holds the distinction of being Odisha's second Blue Flag–certified beach after Chandrabhaga Beach.

The beach lies at the confluence of the Bay of Bengal with the Bahuda River, with backwaters separating the mainland of Sonapur from the sea, creating a tranquil, secluded setting that appeals to beach lovers seeking untouched beauty and peace. It's known for its colorful waters, soft sand, cleanliness and unexplored nature ("raw and untouched"), making it ideal for relaxation, photography and quiet time with loved ones rather than crowded tourist activities.

The beach is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, has an entry fee of around ₹10, and is accessible by car, bus or bike, with the best time to visit from October to June when the weather is pleasant and comfortable for beach outings. Attractions include the nearby Sonapur Eco Retreat and Pati-Sonapur Nature Camp, which provide eco-friendly accommodation and a perfect base for experiencing the beach's natural tranquility and backwaters.
