Treberfydd House
Llangasty Tal-y-llyn, Wales, United Kingdom
Treberfydd House is a Grade I‑listed Gothic Revival mansion built between 1847 and 1850 just south of Llangorse Lake in the Brecon Beacons National Park, near the village of Llangasty Tal‑y‑llyn in Powys, Wales.
Designed by the architect John Loughborough Pearson for the Raikes family, it is still occupied by their descendants and is celebrated for its intricate Victorian gothic details, including gargoyles, stained‑glass windows, and original interior fittings.
The house sits within about 10 acres of private gardens and woodland overlooking the lake and Black Mountains, with some cottages and holiday accommodation on the estate, and it opens to the public for limited guided tours, weddings, and special events each year.
