Unbelievable Acres Botanic Garden in West Palm Beach, Florida, is a private nonprofit botanical garden founded in 1970 by Gene Joyner, who was inspired by his studies of South American rainforests.

Spanning about 2.5 acres, it features one of the largest private collections of tropical fruit trees in Florida, with around 2,500 plant varieties including over 160 types of fruit trees such as citrus, bananas, and plantains.

The garden also hosts a variety of orchids, bromeliads, palms, ferns, and exotic plants like jaboticaba and jackfruit. Known for its 30-meter-high tree canopy, the garden offers visitors an intimate, natural experience focused on education and conservation rather than formal landscaping. While it is praised for its plant diversity and knowledgeable staff, some note the garden’s more wild appearance and limited visitor amenities.
