Universal Epic Universe
Florida, United States
Universal Epic Universe is a large, new theme park at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, which opened to the public on May 22, 2025.
It is Universal’s third theme park in the Orlando complex and sits on about 750 acres of land, making it one of the biggest and most ambitious theme‑park projects in the United States. The park is built around a central hub called Celestial Park that connects five fully themed “worlds”: Celestial Park itself, Dark Universe (featuring Universal’s classic monsters), How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Super Nintendo World, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic.
Each of these areas is designed to be highly immersive, with custom portals, detailed environments, and more than 50 rides, shows, dining spots, and shopping experiences, all aimed at creating a next‑generation, story‑driven day‑park destination for families and fans of franchises like Harry Potter, Nintendo, and Universal Monsters.
