Wasserburg Flügelau was a medieval moated castle located in a low-lying area near Crailsheim-Roßfeld in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The castle likely originated before 1050 and is associated with the Counts of Flügelau, an influential noble family that may have ruled parts of the early Maulachgau region. It was first mentioned indirectly around 1240 and probably served as a fortified residence surrounded by water and earthworks. The Flügelau family died out in the male line during the early 14th century, and the castle had already fallen into ruin by 1357.

Over time, its buildings disappeared completely, leaving no standing structures behind. Today, only a low earthen mound, traces of walls, and remnants of ditches mark the site of the former castle. Although little remains above ground, Wasserburg Flügelau is considered an important archaeological and historical site that provides insight into the early medieval history of the Crailsheim area.
