Węgierka is a village in southeastern Poland's Subcarpathian Voivodeship, within Jarosław County and Gmina Roźwienica, located about 17 km southwest of Jarosław near the Węgierka River.
First mentioned in mid-14th century records, it hosted a mid-15th century defensive manor house rebuilt into a modern bastioned fortress by the late 15th century, owned by noble Stanisław Gorajski until devastated by Tatar raids in 1672. The site reflects typical rural Podkarpackie heritage with agricultural roots and historical fortifications amid fields and forests.
