Witostowice is a small village in southwestern Poland's Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within Ząbkowice Śląskie County and Gmina Ziębice, located about 8 km north of Ziębice amid the Strehlen Mountains.

Its origins trace to a stronghold dating back to 1222, later developed into a stone and brick knight's castle in the first half of the 14th century, remodeled in Renaissance style at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries with fortifications including double moats, earthen ramparts, bastions, and a perimeter wall featuring embrasures and corner towers.

Owned by the Stoss family (relatives of sculptor Veit Stoss) in the 15th and 16th centuries and later Cistercian monks from Henryków, it passed to royal and private hands from 1812, now preserved as a partially ruined water castle amid picturesque ponds, showcasing Silesian noble architecture.
