Wojanów is a picturesque village in southwestern Poland's Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within Karkonosze County and Gmina Mysłakowice, nestled on the border of the Jelenia Góra Valley and Rudawy Janowickie mountains about 7 km southeast of Jelenia Góra.

First mentioned in 1281 as part of fragmented Piast Poland and owned by the von Zedlitz family from the 14th century, it features a Renaissance castle built in 1603 by Nikolaus von Zedlitz, burned by Swedes in 1642 during the Thirty Years' War, and rebuilt in Baroque style by 1667.

Acquired by Prussian royalty in 1839 for Princess Louise of the Netherlands, who remodeled it in Tudor Revival with scenic parks, it endured WWII forced labor camps before postwar nationalization and recent revival as a luxury hotel amid historic farm buildings and an 18th-century church.
