The Botanical Garden of the Slovak University of Agriculture (SPU) in Nitra, Slovakia, is an agrobotanical garden established on January 1, 1982, as a scientific and pedagogical workplace of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra with university-wide scope, located directly on the university premises at Trieda Andreja Hlinku 609/2 in Nitra-Chrenová.

The garden covers 21.2 hectares (or 28 hectares including the full territory) and houses 3,765 taxa and 1,000 cultivars, featuring tropical and subtropical plants, ornamental, useful, carnivorous, succulent, and cacti plants grown in greenhouses, plus a 7-hectare park with a pond that is freely accessible to the public during summer.

It is unique in Slovakia and its surrounding region because it serves as an agrobotanical garden with rich collections of agriculturally important crop plants, demonstrating their cultivation technologies, protection, and use, including pomological collections with hundreds of fruit varieties, a sample book of ampelography (grape varieties), and a vegetable sample book.

The garden consists of separate units including a park, nursery, orchard, greenhouses, vivarium, and office building, and cooperates with 350 botanical gardens and arboretums worldwide in free seed material exchange, while also focusing on research into the biology and protection of endangered plant species in Slovakia.
