Dětenice Castle is a Baroque château in the village of Dětenice in Czechia, about 20 kilometers from Jičín in the Bohemian Paradise region.
It began as a Gothic stone fortress in the late 13th or early 14th century, was later rebuilt into its present Baroque form, and today is open to visitors with period rooms, themed tours, and a well-known medieval-style resort atmosphere.
The castle is also known for its collection of Knight of Malta weapons, hunting trophies, and the nearby medieval tavern and brewery that make it a popular heritage-and-experience destination.
