Dougaldston Spice Estate, located in Gouyave on Grenada's St. John Parish, is a historic working plantation dating back to the French colonial era, later acquired by Thomas Duncan after the 1795-96 Fedon Rebellion, where visitors can explore its rustic buildings and learn about traditional spice processing.

Spanning around 600 acres, the site offers hands-on experiences tasting raw cacao beans, smelling and touching nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and other aromatics, while observing drying techniques and even loofah cultivation amid its scenic countryside setting near a clean river.
