Huerto del Cura is a historic private garden and small botanical garden in the city of Elx/Elche (Alicante), forming part of the famous Elche Palm Grove.

Covering about 1.2–1.3 hectares, it contains over a thousand mainly date palms alongside Mediterranean and some subtropical plants, ponds with fish, sculptures, and shaded paths that create an oasis-like atmosphere close to the historic centre.

The garden is best known for its “Imperial Palm,” a unique multi-headed date palm dedicated to Empress Elisabeth of Austria, and was declared a National Artistic Garden in 1943 and later recognised as part of the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Palmeral de Elche.

Open daily from around 10:00 with a modest entrance fee and discounts for seniors, students, children, and locals, it functions as both a cultural monument and a peaceful place to stroll among palms, water features, and birds.
