Jardín Botánico El Castillejo is a botanical garden in the village of El Bosque (Cádiz), within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park in southern Spain, at the gateway to this mountainous protected area.

Created and managed by the regional government of Andalusia as part of its network of botanical and mycological gardens, it focuses on conserving and displaying the characteristic Mediterranean flora of the Rondeño biogeographical sector, which spans the sierras of Grazalema, Ronda, Las Nieves, Bermeja and other nearby ranges.

The garden brings together many species from the dehesa, holm oak and cork oak woodlands, and especially highlights the pinsapo (Spanish fir) and other local endemics and threatened plants, with clearly signed paths that can be walked comfortably in under an hour. Entry is free, and guided visits, workshops and environmental education activities are offered to help visitors understand the flora of the Sierra de Grazalema and the traditional human uses of these plant communities.
