Kalthaus (also recorded as Kaltouz) was a small medieval water fortress (vodní tvrziště) located on the northern edge of the Černilov cadastral area in the Hradec Králové region of Czechia; it is first documented in 1428 and again in the 1500s when it belonged to local noble owners such as Nykl of Labouně and later Vilém of Veselice.

The site fell into decline after being attached to larger estates (notably the Smiřice holdings) and today only faint earthworks and the outline of a former water-filled ditch remain in the landscape, with the location freely accessible though largely visible only as slight terrain irregularities.

Historical summaries suggest the fortress likely originated in the late medieval period (with possible earlier roots) and served as a small defensive and manorial center for the surrounding agricultural settlement that has since vanished or been absorbed into nearby villages.
