Lázně Bělohrad Castle
Lázně Bělohrad, Czechia, Czech Republic (Czechia)
Lázně Bělohrad Castle is a Renaissance castle in the spa town of Lázně Bělohrad in northern Czechia, originally built around 1550 and later rebuilt around 1721, probably by Jan Santini Aichel.
It stands in a park that is open to the public, and the complex is part of the town’s historic center and spa landscape. Today it is valued mainly as a heritage monument rather than a major residence, and it is closely linked with the town’s history and the nearby memorial to writer Karel Václav Rais.
