Libohovë Castle (Kalaja e Libohovës) is an Ottoman-era fortress perched on a rocky hill in the northeastern part of the town of Libohovë in Gjirokastër County, southern Albania, overlooking the Drino Valley and the slopes of the Bureto Mountain.

The castle was built between 1796 and 1798, with some sources giving 1796–1822 as the overall construction period, by Ali Pasha of Ioannina (Ali Pasha of Tepelenë) as a wedding gift for his sister Shanisha, who was from Libohovë and married a local noble.

It has an almost square plan of about 70 by 80 meters, with fortified walls up to 1.4 meters thick and four polygonal corner towers plus a regular geometric bastion at one corner, and it originally contained residential buildings (sarays) and storage for weapons and food, functioning as a feudal palace rather than a purely military stronghold.
