Zámek Chotýšany
Chotýšany, Czechia, Czech Republic (Czechia)
Zámek Chotýšany is a small 18th-century chateau in the village of Chotýšany in Central Bohemia. It was built in 1743 next to an older fortress, later altered in a neo-Gothic style, and today it is a protected historic monument that is in very poor condition. The building has seen many owners and uses over time, including periods when it served as housing and offices, but it is now largely neglected and partly ruined. Even so, it remains an important reminder of the village’s long noble history.
