Zámek Verušičky
Verušičky, Czechia, Czech Republic (Czechia)
Zámek Verušičky is a historic former manor house in the village of Verušičky in western Czechia.
It began as a Renaissance fortress in the 16th century, was later rebuilt into a Baroque chateau, and received its present Neo-Gothic look in the 19th century. After the Second World War, the building was neglected and fell into serious disrepair, though it is still protected as a cultural monument. Today it is a damaged private property and an important reminder of the village’s aristocratic past.
