Zámek Vojkov in Vojkov, Czechia, began as a medieval fortress first mentioned in 1350 and was later rebuilt into a castle after the old stronghold became deserted.
It changed hands many times, was remodeled in the 19th century, and after 1945 was taken over by the state; since 1950 it has served as a senior home. The site is also known from the Czech TV series Život na zámku, which was filmed there in the 1990s.
