Castellazzo di Camastra is a 14th-century castle located in Camastra, Sicily, Italy, built on the edge of a rocky plateau to oversee and control the surrounding estates.

The castle features an irregular pentagonal tower constructed from stones bound by mortar, with parts showing Cyclopean masonry techniques. A few walls remain standing today, some reaching heights of up to 3.5 meters. Historically, the site has been linked to the legendary city of Camico and dates back to at least 1366, when it was under the possession of the nobleman Manfredi Chiaramonte.

The castle was strategically placed to dominate the plateau's surrounding lands and served to manage the use of local territories for grazing and sheltering animals. Despite being largely in ruins, the castle's foundations and a few structural features are preserved, reflecting its medieval defensive purpose.
