Kwelera National Botanical Garden, situated near the mouth of the Kwelera River on South Africa's Eastern Cape Wild Coast, is the country's 10th national botanical garden and the first established in the Eastern Cape.

Officially opened in 2014, it covers land added to the existing Kwelera Nature Reserve, creating a protected area designed to conserve the region’s unique coastal and riverine ecosystems. The garden boasts diverse indigenous plants thriving in the local environment and offers visitor access to natural reserve areas and beaches, although amenities within the garden are still being developed.

It serves as a sanctuary for biodiversity, promoting conservation, education, and eco-tourism, with walking trails and opportunities for birdwatching and enjoying the coastal landscape.
