Malvín is a residential neighborhood (barrio) in Montevideo, Uruguay, located along the city's eastern coastline. It borders Buceo to the west, Malvín Norte and Las Canteras to the north, Punta Gorda to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.

The neighborhood features Playa Malvín, a beach accessible across the coastal avenue called Rambla O'Higgins, which was once a very popular resort area. Named after Juan Balvín, Malvín has developed rapidly over time as Montevideo expanded, becoming one of the fastest-growing areas of the city with some of the most expensive real estate per square meter alongside neighborhoods like Carrasco and Punta Carretas.

The barrio includes the formerly separate areas of Malvín Nuevo and Malvín Viejo, and contains Isla de las Gaviotas (Seagulls Islet), a notable birdwatching site. The neighborhood is home to Club Malvín, a prominent sports club established on January 28, 1938, that is especially known for its basketball team, which has won the Liga Uruguaya de Básquetbol five times.
